Intersistem in the Caribbean...

Dellis Cay is an exclusive island of Turks & Caicos Islands.  The Island, on the Carribean Sea is located at, 925 km. Southeast of Miami, 50 km. South of Bahamas, and 145 km North of Dominican Republic. The Islands of Turks and Caicos with Dellis Cay is being one of them, with a total 500 km2 area, consist the biggest third coral reef system in the world. The area is one of the favourite regions of the world, on fishing and scuba diving.

Dellis Cay Project, established by the well known tourism investor  The O Property Collection; aims to offer  natural beauty, luxurious life style and a first class service for its inhabitants.  As well as the genuine residences designed by world famous architects like, Zaha Hadid, Shigeru Ban, David Chipperfield, Carl Ettensperger, Kengo Kuma, Piero Lissoni, Chad Oppenheim,  hotel administrated by Mandarin Oriental, The Hotel Group, and the Spa Center being the biggest around The Carribean, are expected to transform the Island into a spot of attraction for the ones who love luxurious life style.

A small city, with anykind of infrastructure and superstructure including waste recovery and reverse osmose water treatment, is being created on this untouched Island with no habitants.
